- YOU ARE NOT YOUR MIND
The greatest obstacle to achieve these days is gathering all the power to get your mental peace at good level. Those who have not found their true wealth , which is the radiant joy of being , peace that comes with it, even if they have a great material wealth. The world enlightenment depends upon the idea of some human accomplishment or achievement and the ego likes to keep it that way only but it is simply your natural state of mind. The inability to feel the connectedness gives rise to the illusion of separation from yourself or from the world around you. You then perceive yourself consciously or unconsciously. Therefore fear arises there within your mind. Identification with your mind which causes thoughts to become compulsive. We don't stop thinking about anything , this mental noise in your mind prevents you from finding that realm of inner stillness that is inseparable. So the single most step to enlighten your mind and health is that u should create a gap every time in the stream of mind, the light of consciousness grows stronger. One day you may catch yourself smiling at the voice in your head. This will led to take the control of your mind as your self sense does not depend on it. Love , joy , peace are the three important deep states which should be considered for a good mental health and stability of your mind to prevent you from any kind of illness.

For a good mental health having a pure and generous amount of healthy diet will help in maintaining our life and the power of being happy all the time. A nutritious diet includes a wide range of all the vegetables, fruits, grains etc to support a healthy brain. Eating regularly as if we don't our blood and sugar levels in our body will go up and down which will cause an illness directly, also water amount in our body should be fulfilled appropriately to stay hydrated all the time which reduces the chance of feeling fatigue and low all the time. Having a right amount of protein is also an important factor as protein contains amino acids that our brain uses for the regulation of our moods to keep us happy or sad. Having the excess of caffeine can also affect the mood problems as it will generate lack of sleep, will give headaches , so take this in a low amount. The gut can reflect our mood as it can lead to problems with digestion , such as feeling bloated all the time. Because your gut and brain are interconnected , diet matters for a good mental health. Having a good nutrition has effects on a maintaining a good mental health. eating a well balanced diet after all helps the brain think clearly, improve concentration and remain alert all the time. On the other hand if u don't take a proper diet your mental health can create many problems for you as it will increase the stress levels in your body which will lead you to feel fat all the time , at last this all will lead to some kind of bad level of inefficiency.

The feeling of your inner body is formless, limitless. You can always go into it more deeply. If u cannot feel very much at this stage, pay attention to whatever you can feel. Thats good enough for the moment. Just focus on the internal feeling of your body and keep some attention in the inner energy field of the body too. The inner body lies at the threshold between your form identity and your essence identity, your true and glorifying nature, never loose touch with it as it has a deep connection/feeling inside the body. Do not fight against the body which is facing the harsh reality of the nature. The body you can see and touch is only a thin structure, Underneath it lies the invisible inner body. Through that Inner body you are connected to one life- birth-less, deathless and eternally present. It is not only your physical immune system that becomes strengthened whereas, your physic immune system is greatly enhanced as well. The latter protects you from the negative mental-emotional force fields of others, which are highly contagious. Inhabiting the body prospects you not putting by a shield, but by raising the frequency vibration of your total energy field. Follow the breathe with your attention always while meditating, holding this feeling for a few minutes will enlighten you up and u will always feel fresh as soon as you notice some changes just return to your inner body.
